In 2000, SCUSOMA was established by professors and alumni of Kyung Hee University of Korean Medicine, Korea in order to internationally propagate Asian Medicine and SCUSOMA has been doing so by affiliating with universities in various countries.
SCUSOMA is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), California Acupuncture Board (CAB), and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
We also have ETS certified TOEFL and TOEIC testing center.
The mission of the Asian Medicine Program is to offer comprehensive education in the fundamental theories and practices of Asian medicine while ensuring that graduates are knowledgeable in relevant Western clinical concepts and modern technologies.
